Max was very personable and oversaw our project along with Brian who headed it on site. They did a great job. Looks good, straight, and with great colors to choose from! I was a desperate need of having my roof redone to keep my homeowners insurance policy and KNA was able to get the job done quickly but still professionally and did an amazing job. "Needed to replace a flat roof on my home in Brooklyn, but I feared finding a quality residential contractor would be impossible based on previous experiences. I’m a construction professional with 30+ years in the industry. Have worked as a Laborer, then a Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, Field Superintendent and currently working as a Construction Manager. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management Engineering Technology from Stste University of NY. There was no haggling for change orders or surprise fees for additional work required to finish the job and they left the property as if they were never there. "We hired Proline Construction to redo some old cedar siding on a rental house in Wayne NJ — it was about 50 years old and had started to leak and overall bad condition. We went with the vinyl cedar siding in expresso color from CertainTeed on the entire house with white trim. There were other colors in stock but we waited one month to get the color/brand we wanted. I went with Proline because their reviews were solid and their price came in slightly lower than the other bids. From the start they were super easy to work with, kept me in the loop on ordering materials, gave me clear timelines, and even sent progress photos since we don’t live in town. They did exactly what they said they would, finished on time, and there were no games or surprises. We also had them replace some sheetrock and that job was handled just as smoothly — in and out right when they said they’d be. Really appreciated how straightforward and reliable they were. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing work done."

"After years of living with leaking skylights and a rotting roof we took the plunge into calling the various roofing companies in NJ to help us. After many bids and a lot of discussion, my husband and I both agreed that Allied Roofing and Construction LLC was the company we wanted to hire. Jason led the way and took the time and care to listen to my husband about our concerns and our budget. He didn’t try to upsell or sway us. We felt confident that this company had the expertise to get the job done. Robert was amazing in quelling my fears and anxiety about the process and ensured me that everything would be taken care of. On the first day of installation the crew started at the crack of dawn and worked until the sun was down! They were all very respectful of our space and made sure to clean all the debris efficiently. The skylights were the biggest pain point of the roof but are now the coolest feature in our home. They installed fixed solar powered windows that have shades to open or close. This was a REALLY big job, it wasn’t just a shingle replacement. This took two fulls days as ALL the wood needed to be replaced before the shingles could be installed. I feel like Robert took the lead and made sure everything was perfect, I feel confident that I will no longer need to line my counters with pots and pans during the next rainstorm. This project was one that truly loomed over us. With inflation, it seemed as if we would never be able to get to a place where we felt we could afford this large scale project.
