Very quick response considering the heat wave. Mark came within 24 hours on a Sunday. There are issues with my unit that need more testing.Since the unit was running there was nothing he could do. The unit shuts down for no apparent reason. So he gave me a few things to try when it shut down again and then actually asked me to text him with the results.
