I noticed some water intrusion and some rotted wood in the corner of my garage in the fall of 2025.  It was hard to find a roofing company willing to do the patch because it was under a deck and was an EPDM flat roof thats about 30 years old.

Some of these small jobs arent worth a lot of roofing company's time but there is a significant amount of life left in my roof (maybe 10-20 years longer?) and patching it was the best option.

Hometown roofing did a quality job and months earlier than I planned because of the mild winter.

I will say this, if youre unfamiliar with flat roofs like I was be prepared to pay a lot more for patching and/or replacement.  The material is very expensive, the labor is harder to find than for shingle roofing.  Its also a smelly job, my whole garage smelled of epoxy for a few days....

Hometown Roofing is the best roofing company I’ve done business with.  We had 2 other top rated companies out to look at our roof as we were having trouble with water.  We got hail damage but not enough for an insurance claim.  The 2 companies bids were astronomical..  Hometown was the 3rd to look and noticed the brand of shingle we had has a known defect.  That resulted in $20,000 from the shingle company.  Hometown got the paperwork from the shingle company and walked me through the claims process.  They went the extra mile!!! When it came time to install the new roof they were timely and cleaned up great.  Highly recommend using Hometown Roofing, I won’t be using anyone else!...

I'D GIVE MORE STARTS IF i COULD!  Every interaction with Hometown Roofing, from the initial review; the professionalism of the work itself, the ongoing communication'; and working with the insurance company, was top-notch!  Jeff made sure that I received the coverage I deserved and followed up after the job to insure I was satisfied with the work.  GREAT COMPANY!  GREAT PEOPLE!
