Max helped out with his expertise with suggestions. They didn’t finish until everything was perfectly completed. They even cleaned everything after they were done and set up the new furniture. If you want a great remodel done I would highly recommend Prime Built. Fantastic job and it turned out even better than I imagined."

He called me immediately and came first thing the next morning. Jim accessed the problem knew exactly what was needed. He scheduled the repair for the next day as another storm was headed our way. "Had some attic insulation installed, and new ventilation ducts installed on the roof, to improve ventilation in my bathrooms. The Thompson team did a fine job, but left out one small but important part of work--to insulate and seal my attic hatchway, to keep heat from escaping from the living space. When I mentioned the omission, the lead for the Job, Mr. Luna, personally came out and insulated the hatch, sealing it with a perfect double gasket. Mr. Luna listened carefully to my concerns and suggestions. At all times Mr. Luna and his staff were polite, clean and professional. And I was pleased with the price. This is a company that puts pride in its work. I highly recommend them and hope to have other work on my house taken care of by the Thompson team."

"Professional, contentious, caring. The team was outstanding. My old Victorian needed lots of TLC to give her a new roof. There were many issues that ranged from rot repair to needing to take the old shake shingles off--down to the bare bones of the original build. The project took longer than expected, but results are totally worth it.i have a solid roof Ober my head, rotted wood has been replaced, and proper roof ventilation addressed. My old Vic still needs work, but now she has a fantastic new roof. Thank you, Jim! Kudos to Steve and Trent who oversaw the project, and to the hard-working crew!"
