Really positive experience. We wanted a custom hand railing on our back porch to match the railing on our front porch of our 1940's home. They did a fantastic job. It looks great and feels really solid. Every twist and curl matched perfectly. It looks original to the house...just without the rust...which is exactly what we wanted...
