Derek was so wonderful explaining everything each step of the way I was always involved but he handled everything with insurance taking all the stress away. When we couldn’t settle 100% on color showed me mock ups and visuals to help me see and we picked the most wonderful blue!!!!!! Thank you is not enough for their help in this big journey!!!!"

"ProGrade Exteriors is A++++++! Even with some issues (I feel to be expected with such a large job. They did our siding, garage door, a window, roof and gutters), they corrected what I wasn't thrilled about and made sure it was done right. I believe they went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I have worked with a lot of businesses and not many will work so hard to please the customer. Prograde is one of the few that will! Jason was a rockstar and fabulous to work with. He came in site many times prior to the jobs starting and made sure everything... Siding, trim, etc was exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond by looking for another brand of aluminum wrap to match the whites better. After the jobs started, he continued to come out and check in with us and the crew. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process to make sure all was going well and that we were happy. On the last day of the job, he came out and made sure I was home so we could walk through it all together and make sure we were completely satisfied. The crew was still here so they could fix anything that needed corrected. Minor things but they still stayed on site to get them finished. Initially, I was questioning to use Prograde because they had minimal reviews but I am all about supporting smaller companies and I am so happy I did. I wouldn't change a thing. Everyone I met with Prograde was outstanding to include the crew! Thank you so much for being the best y'all can be! I would recommend Prograde to anyone with no hesitation! Thank you all for your professionalism, thoroughness and willingness to be all about the consumer! Now, I just need to up my landscaping game to match the new digs. 😁"

"I can't stress enough how easy it was to work with this company. What I thought was going to be a daunting process, turned out to be a seamless endeavor when getting my old roof replaced. Less then two weeks elapsed by the time I called for an initial quote to staring at a brand new beautiful roof. Obviously, your mileage may vary based on any recent storm activity. But, I was never left waiting. Their team was in constant communication with me the entire time and removed any of the guesswork on my end. Much respect goes out to Freddy and his team of expert roofers, who gave a personable and professional experience. They left no hint that they were ever here in the first place, with the exception of the beautiful new roof, as they cleaned up completely after themselves.
