We are so grateful for Monarch. Hurricane Matthew 2016 caused us to need a new roof. Monarch did an amazing job with personnel, professionalism and warranty at the top of the list. Any time we have a concern they respond promptly every time! And yesterday Joe Riddle arrived at his scheduled time, with his friendly, reassuring professionalism and repaired the damage as well as doing an all over inspection.

My SC homeowners company was pulling out of the state and I needed a roof inspection. Andrew came out to inspect and as expected my roof did not meet the new roof codes 150mph shingles.  I was given as much time as I needed to determine the best product and finance options.  We had just paid for our daughter’s wedding and did not want to dip into savings again.  We did our work in getting other quotes and feel like Monarchs no pressure, doing the free insurance inspection and financing fit our needs.  So now we have a date and an amazing project lead Austyn Bostwick.  He started the day explaining what would happen step by step and costs if we needed more plywood etc over what was already included in our agreement. We needed 19 sheets of plywood and a rebuild of a cricket around our chimney. Austyn’s constant adding of pictures of what was being uncovered under 2 layers of shingles made us feel like we were on the roof with him. It made it easy to see our roof was getting all the care and upgrade it needed. All this work needed before the underlayment, drip edge and shingles meant the actual reroofing didn’t start till mid afternoon. Austyn and his crew worked tirelessly to ensure the roof was finished by the end of the day.  The yard had tarps over our landscaping and care was taken to ensure a full clean up was done even though it was now dark. Austyn assured me he would be back in the morning to ensure no nails or other debris was left in our yard.  8:00am my phone rings asking if it’s convenient to do our final inspection since darkness would have made a visual walk through meaningless. Austyn arrived with his contagious upbeat personality ready to hear my thoughts or any concerns. We had no issues and love how our roof complements our home color and it’s amazing warranty. Austyn was an amazing project lead and knew all aspects of what was needed to protect our home from a Creekside weather event. I would highly recommend Monarch roofin...
