"I had the pleasure of meeting Igor while he was working in my neighborhood. One day, as I was walking my dogs, we stopped to ask him about his work. "Igor and Alex visited my home for a free roof inspection after a major hailstorm. Unlike other roofers they were able to use a drone to get all of the information they needed to be confident my insurance would cover the cost of a full roof replacement. After some research I decided I would trust them with the job. Igor and Alex handled everything with my insurance and as a added bonus my insurance also agreed to pay a large amount to replace my very old and ugly gutters. The job was done fairly quickly as weather allowed and although there was a small issue with some drip edge Igor quickly had it corrected without any fuss. No matter how good you are it is always possible for a problem to arise but what makes a contractor good is when they see the problem and quickly fix it without any stress. "In early May of 2025 our home and entire neighborhood experienced a significant hailstorm Within the first few days afterward we were deluged with contractors seeking our business. I was reluctant to sign with anyone until I met the Owner of Good Roofing and Restoration. Their were multiple reasons for me picking his company over so many others. First of all, he always answered my questions on multiple occasions prior to my signing a contract with his company. The owner was thorough and precise in showing me the roofing components that would be placed on my home. I thought that was very important. "I cannot say enough great things about Valiant Xteriors, LLC. We had wind damage from a Hurricane. We had a worker from Valiant come do a roof inspection. We were told we needed a full roof replacement. We filed the claim and were denied a total roof replacement. I was so stressed at first.
