Not only did they pick up their own phones on a Sunday with knowledgeable people, but they were out here first thing on Monday at 8 AM and just finished. Our house is already cooler and we had a thorough inspection and the evaluation and honest and forthright dealings with cost and future services we should expect is greatly appreciated. Our house has gotten close to 90° with the unit running nonstop. My children and my pets and I were all suffering and other companies I called either had an answering service or didn’t call me back or were two weeks out before even being able to check our system and were mostly interested in selling us a new system before they even got to our house. Ali was and incredibly knowledgeable and kind, professional, and had two other team members come from MTC after meeting with me, cleaning out our system and talking to me every step along the way plus taking the time to share the photos and call my stepfather just so I didn’t have to make these decisions on my own after suffering through five days of unbearable heat in our home. My children and my pets are already so happy and so am I. We will definitely be doing business with MTC and requesting Ali by name in the future. Thank you so much, MTC, Ruby, Ali and team, for your professionalism, responsiveness, understanding and kindness and generosity of time so I could learn about this system. I did not know what to expect. He was such a nice technician, very personable, very polite, explained everything very well to us, offered a membership, which would have saved us a lot of money. He even laughed at some of our jokes! We know he had a long day on this very very hot one... Yet he still serviced us at the end of the evening before going home. Can you believe we’ve been here over seven years and never knew there was a filter in our crawlspace? We have now replaced our capacitor twice in the past four years… But because of Mustapha, we won’t be doing that again anytime soon!! An $85 filter that needs to be replaced once a year. And now we won’t even need to utilize the filter inside the house for this unit anymore. It was doing so much extra work because the filter in the crawlspace was more than likely far older than seven years old. He did us such a solid by helping us find the root to our capacitor problem! Not to mention the gentleman in customer service who took our call at 6:30 this morning. He set us up with a same-day appointment. We’re so thankful to Service Experts!! ***We have experienced progressively better and better service from Service Experts...they are aptly named. Recently our technician Tim gave excellent recommendations for us to handle the failure, once again, of components in our 24-year old (yes, that's right!) upstairs A/C unit. His complete honesty about repairs needed vs. replacement aided us in our decision to have him call Miss Teresa (who was wonderful) to set up an appointment with Will to come give us the details for choosing a new unit. Will came the very next day and explained thoroughly our options re: unit, financing, installation and longtime care. His honesty and straightforward demeanor helped us feel confident in our choice. The price quoted was absolutely comparable to others, and we knew we were going to get a reputable unit. And to top it all off, his installers were willing to come out on that Thursday, the day tropical storm Debby was going through our area. Richard showed up early the next morning, spread drop cloths inside and removed our old unit and installed the new in the attic with Fred. The two of them worked so efficiently and were so polite. Fred worked back-and-forth with Richard and David who worked on the unit outside under a tent in the wind and rain...the three of them did a very thorough job of installation in less-than-ideal conditions. We were impressed with our new unit and have been completely satisfied with its cooling since install. The new thermostat is so easy to use, too, and great that we can operate remotely via our wi-fi as well. Since installation, we've had great dealings also with Jennifer in the billing department, aiding us with a refund due to us -efficiently and so friendly.
