My wife and I purchased "the ugliest house" in the neighborhood of Sunset Park in Wilmington, NC. The home had been sitting vacant for about 20 years and it wad in rough shape – the siding was falling off and the windows were all broken and/or practically falling out. Brian and his team did the fantastic job on our home in Boiling Spring Lakes, North Carolina. Our home is nearly 30 years old, and had some ware and tear, and issues that needed to be dealt with. Brians team replaced the front porch and the siding. The stairs were a bit steep and easy to trip on. Brien‘s team tore out the old and rebuilt them so they’re easier to walk up and down. Brien also had great guidance on color and style for the porch. We couldn’t be happier! several of my neighbors have stopped me to tell me it looks like we have a new house. Bryan and his CR3 team were great to deal with. Bryan showed up on time for the initial meeting to talk about replacing all of our siding. He answered all of our questions and gave us our estimate in a timely manner. We looked at some of their previous work and were really impressed so we decided to go with CR3 and we are really glad we did. Bryan always answered his phone/texts and even though we made multiple changes/additions during the installation, he made it all work.
