From start to finish shane made the process a breeze. No pushy sales tactics. Shane explained the products they use, how they use them and the quality. They give you the information you need and leave it up to you to make a decision. The roofers showed up and did an amazing job. They got straight to work and were able to complete it faster than we expected. The roofing crew was very nice and pleasant. The crew lead was available onsite anytime during the process to answer any questions we had. Shane even came by near completion to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Working with the people here is a dream. Shane and Brian were the front team who came out and assessed the roof, listened to my concerns, and are the reason I continued to use their company. They set the bar high! Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and just nice guys! Jesse got in contact and was always diligent about answering questions and keeping track of things. I never had to wonder, I just reached out, and he responded! The crew did an amazing job, covered all the issues, and made light work of a tedious job. The site visit from Jordan, the owner, was a welcomed surprise and he made sure things were a going according to plan, took pictures of concerns he had with my chimney, and let me know what needed my attention. The entire company was made up of hard working, dedicated professionals, who were respectful of the property, the neighborhood, and me! The worst thing is I'll probably never see them again because they built a solid roof, free from worries, and in me, made a friend! I can't thank them enough...

The entire SmithRock Family were fantastic from the start to finish of the very extensive project at my house. They replaced my roof, siding, upstairs windows, sliding glass door as well as installing a new front door. They were patient with me as all of the decisions could be a bit daunting! We had an obscure leak in which the source was not completely clear. Caleb and his team made sure the whole side of the house got sealed up, they installed larger gutters, and they made it look fantastic. Their quote was very reasonable too. We are very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects...
