"Igor and Alex visited my home for a free roof inspection after a major hailstorm. Unlike other roofers they were able to use a drone to get all of the information they needed to be confident my insurance would cover the cost of a full roof replacement. After some research I decided I would trust them with the job. Igor and Alex handled everything with my insurance and as a added bonus my insurance also agreed to pay a large amount to replace my very old and ugly gutters. The job was done fairly quickly as weather allowed and although there was a small issue with some drip edge Igor quickly had it corrected without any fuss. No matter how good you are it is always possible for a problem to arise but what makes a contractor good is when they see the problem and quickly fix it without any stress. "In early May of 2025 our home and entire neighborhood experienced a significant hailstorm Within the first few days afterward we were deluged with contractors seeking our business. I was reluctant to sign with anyone until I met the Owner of Good Roofing and Restoration. Their were multiple reasons for me picking his company over so many others. First of all, he always answered my questions on multiple occasions prior to my signing a contract with his company. The owner was thorough and precise in showing me the roofing components that would be placed on my home. I thought that was very important. Its one thing to be told what the components would be but a great deal different to actually see them. That alone brought me piece of mind. I placed a call to Escalade Roofing to inquire about the possibility of a new roof and gutter, as my existing roof was 20 years old and had been beaten hard by numerous hail storms. Cole answered my call and said he could look at the roof later that same day. He came, took out his drone and flew it over my house, and agreed that a new roof was warranted. Cole then talked me through the process to file the claim with my insurance. Long story short, I had a new roof and gutters 10 days later. I paid my insurance deductible and paid for the gutters, but the final tally was minute thanks to insurance. And Cole texted and talked with me nearly daily. "KW Roofing just renewed the roof on our house and two out buildings and we could not be more pleased. The crew arrived about 7 AM and were working within 15min. You could tell from the start that they had a very efficient process. They spread tarps around the house, removed the old roofing, cut out and replaced any bad plywood, rolled out the underlayment and installed the new flashing and shingles, cleaned up, blew off, swept for nails and packed up by 4:30. Some time during all of this they did the same process to the two out buildings. From our initial contact and first meeting to the completion of the job, it was a very pleasant experience.
