I have been dealing with this company since March.  This is July and I am still struggling to get resolution.  The biggest problem with this company is lack of project management and communication.
The salesman is excellent! The follow up when there are problems is not! A roof is a huge investment, when I spend that kind of money I expect a certain level of customer service.
In the photos you can see the damage to my siding from the flashing install. The siding was cut unevenly and holes left without patching or painting...

MBA roofing is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Kris Murphy goes above and beyond to help when needed. He came to my aid even when I didn’t use them for my roof. Which I greatly regret. I would definitely recommend them because even though I didn’t go to them for the roof they still helped to make sure the other company didn’t do me wrong. Also the price I paid from Lowe’s didn’t come with have the warranty or professional installation you would expect. Lowe’s has had to send their roofers out multiple times just to get things right. Thanks to Kris and MBA for having my back when I had made the mistake of going to another company...
