9.16.24- we had Terry with Pro Plumbing out to review our hearting and cooling system . He was on time, friendly and professional. While it was painful to learn we need a new system for the upper level- Terry provided photos and readings and explanation which helped us “ come to terms” with the repair expense. We continue to feel Pro Plumbing and Heating provides us excellent service! July 2024- We have used Pro Plumbing Air and Electric since moving to Mt Airy and have been consistently pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. We have had outlets added, a whole house water filter installed- and today an estimate for 6 exterior motion lights and porch light replacement. The technician arrived on time, was professional, reviewed options with us and developed a plan we are happy with at a fair price. We are grateful we found this company in our new city/ state for repairs and updates. Update9/4/22- we had a ceiling fan and porch lights replaced and motion sensor lights added to the exterior- another professional job completed by Marcus and his assistant. An added plus is they cleaned up every scrap of cardboard and installation material...

Mason was great, very professional, very articulate. Great work ethic for a young man. He stayed on the job until he met his as well as my needs and expectations.
