Hello ya all.  I live in Lakeside Manor here in Carolina Lakes.  Due to the extreme winds about two months ago our roof needed to be replaced.  We have been here 2 years and 4 months.  There have been some pretty traumatic experiences with contractors.  They didn’t show up on time, nor did they know what they said they did.  They took longer than they said.  We paid extra to fix what they messed up.  The Roof Methods Company was here on time, did the job they said they could do, and were in and out in one day.  They give free estimates and work with you and your insurance.  If any ones roof was damaged from those winds please give them a call.  Kolbe lives in CL and is beyond professional and helpful.  Kolbe, Brian and their team of professional roofers shined....

Roof Methods did an outstanding job replacing the roof on house and garage in one day! A shout out to an excellent crew who were prompt, quick, and completely cleaned up afterwards, I highly recommend! Working with Grace, Luke, Denver, Hunter, and James Braddy was a pleasure, truly impressed from start to finish, they made the insurance claim assistance stress free with their professional, knowledgeable, quick response, and outstanding communication through the whole experience. Denver and Brian came and gave me a free roof inspection, and it turns out i had wind damage i had no idea about! They filed a claim through my insurance and got me a fortified roof bought and paid through insurance, only thing i had to pay for was my deductible! Brian and his crew showed up at 7 am and finished all in the same day. It was less complicated then i thought, i highly recommend this company for the New Hanover county area!!!...

We have just had our roof replaced by the wonderful people at Roof Methods. We worked with Joshua, Brian and a couple others in the office and everyone was great. They worked with us through the claim process and kept in touch with us throughout the process. Our process took longer due to a missing check from the insurance but they were diligent and touched base to let us know we hadn’t been forgotten. Job was done in a day and it looks great. I’d recommend the team at Roof Methods to anyone who is looking to get their roof replaced....
