"Definitely the Best Choice! Everyone we worked with was fantastic. They listened, they explained, they suggested. They were in constant contact with us. Answering questions and giving updates. The roof went up in one day and looks amazing. The roofers we fast and neat. Cleaning up as they went. Our landscaping received very little damage. Just a few smushed flowers. They dealt with the insurance company which was awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!! Thank you, Randy and Jesse from coming by!!!"

"Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left"

"Johnny came by and inspected my roof, I knew I needed to replace it but I didn't know just how bad it was until after he looked at it. Most of the time they can get all if the replacement covered but mine was so bad that some of it had to be out of pocket, he was very knowledgeable and straight with me about what would be covered and what would not and estimate of how much it would cost me. The team that put the roof in was fast and professional and I even had a limb fall in my roof in the middle of the job but they worked with me to give me time to get that moved so they could finish up, I am in the historical district and everyone who sees it is impressed. I would recommend Johnny and the BCR team to anyone who needs roof work."

"First of all, I noticed many excellent words on these reviews about the work of Rob and Derek. Well, I wish to celebrate the owner of this fine company, Cole Haynes. I placed a call to Escalade Roofing to inquire about the possibility of a new roof and gutter, as my existing roof was 20 years old and had been beaten hard by numerous hail storms. Cole answered my call and said he could look at the roof later that same day. He came, took out his drone and flew it over my house, and agreed that a new roof was warranted. Cole then talked me through the process to file the claim with my insurance. Long story short, I had a new roof and gutters 10 days later. I paid my insurance deductible and paid for the gutters, but the final tally was minute thanks to insurance. And Cole texted and talked with me nearly daily. His friendliness and customer service skills shined; I have worked retail for 30+ years, and I recognize and appreciate good customer service. This man has it, and Escalade Roofing provides it."
