I would rate Great State Roofing 10+++! I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with them. Brooks and his entire team were wonderful to work with from start to finish.

When we first discovered we had an ice dam (something we had never even heard of before), Brooks took the time to explain everything and helped us mitigate the interior damage. He made several visits to our home and was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the process.

When it came time to replace our roof, it was a very large job, but the team handled it like true professionals. From carefully setting up and protecting our property to the complete roof removal and replacement, everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail.

The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful, and they left everything extremely clean and tidy when the job was complete.

Thomas Nichols was prompt to answer my request for an inspection, and after the inspection, he showed me the hail damage on my roof.  He so polite and explained the process to me.  After the claim was approved,,the date for roof resurfacing moved very fast.  The roofing crew was outstanding in setup and clean up; they were done in a day despite the bad weather thrown at them. Excellent work.  So pleased with the outcome.  Would highly recommend this company...

Had a great experience working with Great State Roofing on replacement of an existing roof at my home in Greensboro.  The team was respectful and timely in their approach.  I ultimately gave them my business due to the reviews I found and the price they quoted.  They communicated well and gave me good options to choose from with zero pressure.  The best part was that they sent me pictures the entire day as the install was going because I couldn’t be there in person.  Thanks  to Chase, Greg, and Josh on a job well done...
