Turns out that we had some terracotta sewer pipes that had been busted! Very stressful!! Walker and Xavier made the trip out to find the issue and located it quickly! Very kind and professional. On the day of replacement, Walker and Austin arrived promptly and accurately dug the line up without hitting any other utilities! They replaced the old terracotta with PVC! I would highly recommend NuBlue to anyone having any problems with their plumbing! I am highly considering subscribing to their membership! Great job guys! I greatly appreciate the work done...

Our water heater burst the afternoon of 04/17/2024. We searched on the web for someone to contact to come and replace it. We filled out the contact form the afternoon of 04/17/2024 on NuBlue website. I received a call about our request at around 8:30 am on 04/18/2024. The lady said that a technician could come by the house around 11am but if he finished up the job he was on he would contact me to see if he could come by sooner. The technician, Walker, contacted me at 9:19 am to say if it was ok that he could come on to the house. Walker and Xavier showed up around 9:30ish and looked at the situation. I told them we had a mess - a hot water heater that had burst and we needed to see about getting a new one. After looking at it he said let me call in and I will get back with you about how much it will cost for them to replace it. It was within the ballpark of what I had goggled it would cost so I gave them the go-ahead to replace. They then went and got the new water heater and returned and replaced it. It took them about 1 1/2 hours to install and clean up everything. They were nice, pleasant, young guys. Thankful to now have hot water again. Hopefully the new tank will last as long or longer than the original tank. Thanks, Walker and Xavier!...

Excellent service. Dustin came out and viewed all of my electrical issues and provided insightful feedback and options to resolve each item. I have been putting some of the electrical matters off for quite some time now- I wish I had called sooner. Dustin made each matter seem seamless and instantly resolvable...
