"In early May of 2025 our home and entire neighborhood experienced a significant hailstorm Within the first few days afterward we were deluged with contractors seeking our business. I was reluctant to sign with anyone until I met the Owner of Good Roofing and Restoration. Their were multiple reasons for me picking his company over so many others. First of all, he always answered my questions on multiple occasions prior to my signing a contract with his company. The owner was thorough and precise in showing me the roofing components that would be placed on my home. I thought that was very important. Its one thing to be told what the components would be but a great deal different to actually see them. That alone brought me piece of mind. Randy, the project manager, was so nice and easy to work with. He called me earlier in the week and wanted to start the roof a day earlier because of the forecast at the end of the week. That was such a good call because they were done and gone before the first drops of rain started. Jack, the site supervisor, was amazing he made sure everything was done right. He told me before they started that our roof would be done right and that they take no shortcuts. Our home was built in 1922 and had 1x4 boards instead of plywood on the roof. Only plywood was on the newer addition. Jack made sure every cracked, broken, or rotten board was replaced. I usually don't write reviews, but 5 Star Roofing was amazing. "I worked with Kyle on the process from the very beginning and i couldn't have asked for a better experience. Replacing a roof can be a gamble and there are many con or scam artist companies out there looking to take advantage of people. I tried to do my best research and in most cases the 5 Star name kept coming up even to the point that i was now seeing their commercials on TV and passing one of their billboards over an hour away. Definitely a sign in my book. Kyle pretty much laid out an outline of how things would go after taking an initial look at my roof and verifying there was some storm damage. He specifically told me who the adjuster would be for my insurance company and was more than willing to be here the same day the adjuster came out to inspect the roof. Kyle was on the roof with him for the inspection which confirmed there was enough wind and hail damage to file a claim. After the claim was processed and i picked a time frame that worked with my schedule, my new roof was installed 3 weeks later. The team showed up at 8:15 am and the work was completed by 6pm that day with a through clean up of any and all debris. Kyle and Patrick that project manager both came out again on their own to do another magnetic sweep just in case any nails were missed in the yard. I opted for the additional warranty after having multiple conversations with Kyle and i couldn't be happier. Their communication and responses were quick and detailed and no one seemed to mind that i had a ton of questions. There was no delay on answering and i never felt like i was taking a gamble. Any future properties i have, will be handled by Kyle and the team at 5 Star without hesitation. They could change the name to 10 Star, 5 just doesn't seem to be enough stars for my experience. Ron"

"Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left"
