What an awesome company to work with. Chris started this process and made easy to move forward. He gave us options and was not pushy about it at all.
Luis our PM communicated everything to expect as well as ensuring we communicated if we needed to leave the house so he could make sure everything was ok for us to leave safely. The roof was done in a day and the clean up was excellent. Luis called us later to let us know they saw a couple of shingles that didn’t match and would be back to fix it. We greatly appreciate their professionalism and honesty. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!...

I highly recommend On Tops Roofing! Luis and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof. They were incredibly efficient, finishing the entire project in just a single day without cutting any corners.
The new roof looks great, but what really impressed me was their attention to detail during the cleanup. They were very meticulous, especially on the driveway, making sure absolutely no nails or debris were left behind.
The sales process was just as impressive. Chris was able to provide an estimate almost immediately; he used an app and satellite photos to have the calculations ready by the time we met. It made the initial steps incredibly fast and easy.
One of the best parts of the experience was the communication. They sent a ton of drone photos showing the progress before, during, and after completion. It was great to be able to see the quality of the work from every angle....

I had water dripping into my living room from 20-feet up after a light rain and panicked.  My 1978 home has a vaulted living room ceiling with wood panel ceilings and no attic - just a sandwiched roof. The top of the roof undulated and rolled with many uneven areas. Chris, Arturo, and Luis were up front from the beginning that we could find several situations when they opened up the roof, and gave me quotes for various scenarios.  The existing roof never had soffit or ridge vents which caused the rafters to buckle from decades of heat and cold.  OnTops installed sister joists that flattened out the surface for new plywood and then installed vents and channels for proper airflow. They replaced and completely fixed the damaged and missing insulation and gave me a beautiful new roof with shingles that matched exactly what was there but on a flat, sealed up new roof.  My FLIR camera shows that the new roof is working exactly as expected and we immediately noticed that our living room was more comfortable.  Thanks guys!...
