Prompt and very good service for our leak repair. They charged a flat rate, to which I agreed, since I needed to get water service restored to our home. The work was completed quickly and ended up being a simple job. Afterwards I posted a 2-star review, noting that the work was done well, but that I felt the cost far exceeded the scope of work. The technician followed up with a phone call and and shortly thereafter, the owner of the company called me. We had a good conversation about their pricing philosophy. The owner then decided to offer me a partial refund, which I appreciate, even though we don't necessarily agree on pricing for services.
