We are keenly aware of the challenges of maintaining our property. Our roofing, which was between 15 and 17 years old, showed signs of age. To our immense relief and pleasant surprise, our insurance company agreed with Republic Roofing’s findings and covered the cost of replacing the roofs, gutters, and required scaffolding for all five buildings. This was a moment of great reassurance and hope for us and a savings of over $900,000. Nick handled all the insurance negotiations on behalf of the BOD and was able to reimburse the entire job from the insurance proceeds. After thoroughly reviewing Republic Roofing’s credentials and speaking with several of their previous clients, we decided to proceed with them.
