Stephanie kept me updated on the job schedule, let me know up front that inclement weather could affect the scheduling and kept me updated. There was a rain delay, and it was easily rescheduled . Stephanie made the process painless. And friendly. The progress toward the soffit and facia painting and reinstallation of the gutters was addressed. Her texts were detailed and easily understood. Stephanie somehow worked being friendly and interested into her text messages. She was very impressive. Matthew, the site manager, was friendly and proactive. He made sure the crew was on site on time and the job was well done. Afterwards he took me on a tour of what they had done, referring back to the discussion we had had on the job as it was to be done. I really liked and was impressed by him. The work crew rocked! They got here as the sun came up and left as the sun went down. In between they completely stripped the roof down to the nubs. Used 70 sheets of plywood in repairing and re-decking the roof. Then finished reshingling the entire roof before dark. Cleanup was going on most of the time while the shingling was taking place. The work crew rocked it. They managed to be friendly while working all day long. Amazing! The site was clean before they left. Amazing. The work crew was amazingly good. Watkins Construction & Roofing has earned their reputation job by job. From my experience I would say they earn it with excellence on every job.
