They did a great job fixing my water heater situation in my home. They also showed up on-time on the day of the appointments unlike other companies I've used in the past. Edit: Less than a year later, it quit working. It flashes error code 61. They don't service Rinnai units any longer and sent McCarthy Plumbing who is unable to remedy the situation. I will have to spend money replacing the unit they installed since nobody can fix it...
