On 2/16/2021 we had a pipe burst in our home and as Murphy's Law would have it, the pipe didn't burst until "after business hours" so naturally, I was panic stricken thinking who am I going to find to fix it at night. I called a couple of companies, and while one was nice, neither could get me in for 3 days. I called Full Nelson and they dispatched the call out to one of their emergency experts and told me to expect a call within 20-30 minutes. Not but 10 minutes had past and Zach was on the other end of the phone. He was professional, honest and willing to talk through options to ensure I was comfortable with the decisions being made about my situation. I was anxious about the pipe burst because I have 2 kids and no water and wondering how in the world I was going to get this fixed while having to work the next day but also wondering financially how this was going to affect me and he was able to take me from super anxious down to a very calm level just during our conversation. The company scheduler called me by 9 a.m. on 2/17 to schedule Justin to come out to my house to fix the issue. She told me he would be there between 11-1p and he would call when he was on the way. This lovely woman called me back at 11:15 a.m. and said that he was still on a job and that he may be slightly later than expected. WOW - what service! In walks Justin at 1:45 p.m. another AMAZING expert in the field! Justin was professional, honest, built my trust immediately and I was even comfortable leaving him alone in my home while I got my daughter to school for play practice and then returned to inspect the work. He kept me informed of what he found, what he had to do to fix the problem and what the cost would be every step of the way. Zach and Justin should be commended by their superiors and given a big raise because it's because of their professionalism, honesty and calm nature that I chose to not only have Full Nelson fix my issue but I also signed a home contract to have them start working on our AC/Heating and Plumbing going forward. Now let's talk money....this company is fair, honest and does not rip off their customers. They could easily increased pricing and taken advantage of people due to the weather and the conditions we are in here in KC but nope, they are honest and fair. I have already recommended them to 3 co-workers just this morning. Many thanks to the customer service scheduler for being just as kind, just as professional and provided wonderful attention to our account. Employees like Zach, Justin and the scheduler are what allows a company to build a great reputation but more importantly keep a good reputation. I hope the owners and managers of this company give each of these individuals a big raise and a nice pat on the back for a job well done! After having several other A/C Companies (Neal Harris and Anthony's to start the list) come out to repair our aged A/C system and all telling me that the air conditioner was dead and nothing could be done - I recieved quotes from $11,000 to $60,000 to replace the system and furnace (though I never requested the furnace be replaced, I was told it had to be?!) Yes, you read that correctly 60K! I became so frustrated that I decided that perhaps a mini-split system would be the answer. So I called Temperature Pro and was offered a same day appointment. When Jason Gibson arrived, he cleancut, on time, polite and professional. He took a look at the areas I was considering for the mini split system, he then stopped me and said he would like to take a look at the old A/C to make sure it was truly dead. After, a few minutes he informed me that there was a non working coil that was preventing the unit from cooling the air. He also considered that the coolant may need to be topped off, though it is a freon that is no longer made, so it is a matter of what is on hand and warned me that if that was needed - it would be expensive; about $260 a pound. I was shocked over this, not because of how expensive it was, but because of how cheap it seemed, as the 2 previous companies quoted me $575 and $1000 a pound!! For the very same thing! Jason returned the next day with a new coil, quickly replaced it and we were good to go - and no need for any freon. The entire repair was $1300! which were glad to pay. Jason, as well as his administrative support, are the epitome of customer service. They never spoke down to me as if there is no possible way a female could understand HVAC issues (both of the other companies did this) He is clear and concise when identifying the problem, offered solutions and adapted as needed and overcame any barriers. When I had to call back on an unrelated issue, Jason again spent time explaing and investigation all options. There was a particular type of install that he recommended someone else take a look as it was out of his scope of practice, absolutely honest. I much prefer a referral than try to have someone stumble through the process. I give my strongest recommendation to TemperaturePro and have zero issues calling them again, should I have the need. Way to go guys, Kansas City needs some honest tradesmen around not heavy sales. Thank you for everything...“ Show more
