We had a new construction, our builder hired J & E and we are so glad he did. Joel was great to work with. He is friendly and very responsive to our calls. The workmanship is beyond compare. They did a beautiful job. We then hired them for our gutters and again, they did a wonderful job. We recently had storm damage and they showed up when they said they would. What especially impressed me was the woman I texted with, I wish I grabbed her name, this woman kept us informed. She was incredibly sympathetic since the workers were so busy with all the storm repairs. She was kind, extremely quick at responding to our questions, and really made us feel important and valued. She should get a raise because I would recommend this company to everyone I know, in large part, because of her.
