My home was built in 1967 and I only purchased it 2 years ago. My home inspector missed a number of important items. After incurring some storm damage I invited a couple of roofing companies to quote the repair. Guardian was much more thorough in its inspection and consequently we submitted their quote to the insurance company who covered an additional $7,000 in amended repairs. The first contractor missed quite a number of items and simply low-balled the quote. Guardian was at all times honest, fair, responsive, and on time with superior quality products, warranties, and timeliness. Service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company if your looking for the best value for your money.   Talk with Henry or Josh! Good guys...

From start to finish, Josh was so helpful.  There were other companies that gave us similar bids, but Josh answered all of our questions (and there were A LOT), explained the terminology, and educated us on what was best for our home, regardless of whether we chose to go through Guardian, and that was all the difference in the world. He steered us away from unnecessary spending, and delivered a top notch finished product. He was at our home the entire day of install, even sent us pictures of the before and after. This kind of integrity and work ethic are hard to find. Plus, our roof and gutters are BEAUTIFUL!...

Working with Henry, the owner of Guardian Roofing, was a real pleasure. He was knowledgeable, professional, and congenial. Before I signed the contract, he sat down with me and explained everything in detail, so I understood what I was signing. My only contact with my insurance company was the initial claim call and meeting with the adjuster. Henry managed all other dealings. His crew were courteous and hard working. They did a great job. Guardian Roofing was a great experience for a person with no experience in shopping for a roof. The owner, Henry was very professional and honest. He was very easy to talk to and was customer oriented. He explained the insurance claim process and even came to appointment with the claims adjuster. I was give a good settlement as a result of his intervention on my behalf.

On the day of my installation, the crew was 30 minutes early and got right to work. Henry showed up with a load of plywood to replace any bad wood. He and his crew examined the whole roof and did not arbitrarily replace pieces of the roof’s plywood. I appreciated how they did honest work. They were finished by early afternoon and my roof looked amazing. Henry came back that evening to check on a raised shingle and put it back in place.

I would highly recommend Guardian Roofing and Exteriors LLC to anyone...
