The roof on my log home was replaced by a different roofing contractor 4 years ago. Over time an intermittent leak appeared near the ridge line. Normally I would have climbed the ladder myself to locate and repair the leak. However, I’m getting too old to safely do that any more. I called the original contractor multiple times to come take a look to locate and fix. However, that contractor never returned my calls.

I then called Resolve Roofing to see if they would be interested in helping me. We made an appointment for the next day and they arrived promptly on time. After inspecting the roof they located and caulked a likely source of the leak and even took care of a couple of small items I had noticed near the drip edge at one of the gutters.

I was fully prepared (and happy) to pay for their service given that they had driven 30 minutes to my house and did actual caulking work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear “no charge”, I assume, given the minimal amount of work (maybe 30 minutes start to finish). I was told if that did not fix the leak then we could talk about having them come back to perform a more thorough repair job.

If I do continue to have problems I will definitely have them come back out. I really appreciated their prompt and courteous service...

Highly recommend this company! We had called 2 other companies & the communication from the others was pretty much non-existent!!! Taylor was great & always kept us up to date as to when everything would be happening & what was going to happen. We had our roof & gutters done, Taylor made everything work really well. We have had a few heavy storms since then & everything seems to have been done properly & looks good. We had a tricky roof I believe & they had it done in 1 day. And again Taylor kept us informed of any findings while the roof work was in progress. Will be our first call when/if we need any future roof work...
