"I had a great experience with Storm Group. Initially, I reached out based on a flyer left at my residence after I checked references online. The representative that came to my house was respectful and very knowledgeable about the process and materials that would be used and answered all of my questions. Getting on the schedule was straightforward and I waited a very reasonable amount of time. The cost was very fair according to my research as well. I did appreciate the standards and certifications that Storm Group had, it put my mind at ease. "We learned of 22nd Century a few years ago after a local home expo event. Roshay came out for a free roof inspection and we appreciated his thoughts on our older roof, decided to wait a bit for replacement and instead got our crumbling chimney cap fixed by them. A few summers later after a large hailstorm, we didn’t hesitate to call them up again. Roshay was helpful and communicated throughout the process which took several months due to the nature of getting insurance approvals for repair and scheduling repairs during a busy season. I appreciated not having to deal with all the insurance approvals on our end. Once the work began we did experience some delays that resulted from a 2nd hidden layer of siding discovered upon removal of the old stuff. It meant more cost and work than we initially expected but I don’t really fault them for that. Will in project management was helpful these issues as soon as discovered and the install team (Rahalio) was super hardworking and nice answering questions throughout the job. In the end, we’ve got a gorgeous looking home with basically all new outer components (roof, siding, fascia, soffits, window/door wraps, and gutters) mostly covered by an insurance claim from the 22nd Century team and recommend them to others."

While taking things apart they found another leak on our 2nd level of the house. "My husband and I worked with Val on our master bathroom remodel. He responded quickly and answered all our questions honestly. Eli and his assistant did most of the work, other than the plumbing. They were so quick and respectful of our home. My husband thankfully works from home so it made it easy to answer his questions as they came up and could visually see what was happening each day. Unfortunately we did run into a hiccup with the shower glass door not coming in when they said it would, but I did not want to take away from A to Z as a company because it was not their fault, it was an issue with the manufacturer of the glass. Dan, the site lead and estimator, and Val, a co-worker, were outstanding from start to finish. Out of all the bids I received, they were the most responsive and detailed, taking the time to explain exactly what I would be getting and how the work would be completed. While most companies were booked out 4–6 weeks, Dan and Val found a way to fit me in by working late on a Friday night to get the job done. Their dedication and work ethic truly stood out. "We had hail damage to our house and were very lucky to have been contacted by Paskar construction! Dan outlined all the damage that was done both by going on the roof and by a drone. They said the would contact my insurance company and get back to me. Dan put Herman in charge of my account but the two of them worked together for the most part. Herman would make trips to Owatonna to share details with me and my wife. On the day of installation, both came down to make sure that things were done the”Paskar Way”. All was going well but we had a slight problem that the roofing crew couldn’t fix and Dan and Herman stepped up and fixed the problem! I was blessed to have Paskar but also blessed that Dan and Herman were my contractors as they were not only good people but also outstanding information givers to make us very comfortable! "GREAT COMPANY!!! I rarely write a review, but Paskar Construction deserves to be recognized. Even though I had over 60 contractors show up at my door the day after a hail storm, I went with my instincts and selected Paskar Construction to support me through my reroofing project. This was because their Sales Representative, Juan, was very personable and professional, but not pushy. He did a very detailed inspection and found damage that others did not. He genuinely listen to my questions and walked me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance, how the MN laws worked when filing a claim and what they could do to support me through the process. I was also impressed with his willingness to show up on a holiday to support me when the insurance adjuster scheduled their inspection of my home. After my insurance approved the replacement of my roof, Paskar's scheduler was flexible and willing to meet my preferences as to when to do the reroof. Their scheduler was quick to answer a call or email and he immediately would then follow up on any questions about the arrival of the supplies for project and the pick up of the leftovers. I was also very impressed by their installation crew and the quality and care of my home. Since the storm, I've seen over ten homes being reroofed in my neighborhood by other companies and none of them protected the home from damage/debris like Paskar did with mine. Before any shingle removal began, Paskar's team draped sloped tarps all around my home (see photo) and then place tarps on the ground underneath the sloped tarps in a way that they caught all the nails and debris that did go over the edge. The 10 person team arrived at 7:30 am and finished at 8:30 pm. They worked hard all day with minimal breaks to get the roof completed by sundown. They covered the top of the downspouts and blew out the gutters when finished. The next morning, two more team members arrived to search my property for any debris that may have blown around and then did a very detailed coverage of my yard and landscape beds with large magnets. Although I went through my landscape beds, I did not find even one nail left behind, which is far different than the last time I had my house reroofed. Also, a note of appreciation to their manager in Billing as she was very helpful and kind with the payment completion process. Due to their great service, several of my neighbors switched over to Paskar to help them through their reroof projects too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Two thumbs up to the whole Paskar Team!!!"

"Higher Dimentions has a benefit for Veterans And while I didn't win their drawing for a free roof this year they did say they would come and take a look and see if there was something they could do to help my roof last longer. And unlike other places and even friends they came and took a look. They also saw a couple of smaller trees had falling on my and my neighbors garage roofs and they said they would remove the trees and dump them and likely tarp my garage roof within two weeks. It was getting late in week two and had been wet but I got a call on thurday that they would be there the next day. And they did exactly what they said they would do. Removed the trees and dumped them in the city tree burn pit. Then secured a very good quality tarp that was large enough to cover the whole roof of my Garage. Martin Ruegemer and David Goering did a very professional job that ended up taking about 7 hours once they got to my house. That had to drive 2 hours to get to my house. VERY Good people. Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I am VERY VERY happy with what they did for me."
