There are companies that do the job and then there are companies that restore your faith in people.

Mike Frauly and the team at Higher Dimensions Roofing did exactly that.

When a hailstorm devastated our 20+ year old shingles and siding, we were overwhelmed. Like many homeowners, we had no idea what to expect from the insurance process, and honestly, we feared it would become a battle.

Back in June 2025, after several meetings and phone calls, Mike asked us for something that isn't easy to give to someone you've just met.

He asked for our trust.

He asked for our patience.

And he asked us to let him fight for us.

He looked us in the eye and said, "Don't worry. We'll work directly with your insurance company."

Those weren't just words.

They became a promise.

The insurance company fought every step of the way. There were delays, setbacks, and plenty of opportunities for someone to throw in the towel.

Mike never did.

I called Higher Dimensions Roofing, from the St.Cloud area, to investigate some interior water intrusion from the 20 year old roof of our cabin. We were concerned about further damage and Martin came out the next day to inspect. He found some shingle nail pops, a couple of shingle divots from falling branches, and cracked caulking at a vent. He provided a detailed quote for a new roof but also went above and beyond to caulk all the affected areas to buy us some time to decide on a roof replacement. I was thrilled with the timely and exceptional service....

Pat and his team went above and beyond to get our roof installed before we sold our house after some hail damage. He came out the same day I called to inspect our roof and they worked with our insurance, the whole process took less than a month! I would highly recommend Higher dimensions to anyone!...
