I cannot say enough wonderful things about Val and his team—truly, wow, wow, wow. My house was built in 1913, and I knew this bathroom remodel would be a challenge. I was very nervous about what might be discovered behind the walls, especially with the electrical and plumbing.

Val and his team completely gutted the bathroom and replumbed everything to relocate the sink and toilet and convert the tub to a shower. The electrical was also completely updated and redone. Throughout the entire process, Val communicated clearly and consistently and offered thoughtful advice on fixtures and tile choices.

There were a few inevitable hiccups related to the old electrical system and tight plumbing spacing, but everything was handled quickly and calmly.  I am honestly in love with my new bathroom. I cannot thank Val and his team enough. His tile and grout specialist, Sergey, is incredibly talented, and the plumbers and electricians he works with are just as skilled. I trusted every single person who worked in my home.

My husband and I worked with Val on our master bathroom remodel. He responded quickly and answered all our questions honestly. Eli and his assistant did most of the work, other than the plumbing. They were so quick and respectful of our home. My husband thankfully works from home so it made it easy to answer his questions as they came up and could visually see what was happening each day. Unfortunately we did run into a hiccup with the shower glass door not coming in when they said it would, but I did not want to take away from A to Z as a company because it was not their fault, it was an issue with the manufacturer of the glass.
