Working with Nick was a pleasure. I called three different roofers and though I could have gone with the ones who recommended a cheaper patch job, Nick actually talked with me as if I was a human being, whereas the others talked at me as if I was a moron.

Nick talked through every step - what he was looking for, what he would do if he found it, and what the next step after that was. He dealt with the insurance company and outlined every strategy he would use to try and get them to cover a roof replacement. My insurance was crap so they didn't cover, but he still tried his hardest. He also got me scheduled as soon as possible because he knew the house was going on the market soon.

The crew was awesome too, can't forget them. Very organized and thorough, they finished way earlier than I was expecting. The coordinator Breanna kept me updated for all the scheduling and inspections that followed.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors and Nick is probably the only one I would want to deal with again. 10/10 would hire again....

Storm Group Roofing did an incredible job from start to finish! Our roof was leaking after some hail came through and they were able to easily assess the damage and verify that our home was within the storms radius, allowing us to file an insurance claim with confidence. The owner, Nick, came out with the insurance adjuster to ensure everything got covered prior to starting the project. They even worked with the insurance provider post project to cover the full scope of their work.

They replaced the roof, and brought it up to code by replacing the decking, gutters (complete with gutter guards) and downspouts, and even our window/door wraps. They had a nice selection of colors to choose from for both the shingles (❤️ the midnight plum) and gutters/wraps. Nick was onsite several times to oversee the project and I was always kept up to date on when and how things were happening through their office admin Breanna. Their team is incredibly hard working and professional, they completed the project over the bulk of two days and did a wonderful job cleaning up.

My fingers are crossed I don’t have to replace my roof anytime soon, but if I did I would choose Storm Group Roofing again in heartbeat!...

We had several contractors out to look at a persistent leak in our roof and received a lot of unclear and costly answers. Nick visited twice to assess the problem and was the only one to correctly identify the issue as related to the vent! I am so glad we trusted Storm Group Roofing with this repair and would definitely use them again. No more leak! The quick scheduling and clear communication from Breanna was also greatly appreciated!...
