We recently had a new Brava roof installed in the Aspen faux cedar shake, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Trevor was so so great to work with from the beginning. He helped walk the insurance company through the damage and made that whole process way easier than I expected. He also helped us choose the right product and color, which turned out to be spot on. We got a few bids, and pricing was right in line with the others, but the level of service really stood out. The install itself was fast, the crew was great and cleanup was thorough. They clearly paid attention to the details. The roof looks beautiful and added so much to the look of our home. Could not be happier with the product, the process, or the installation. After a very windy weekend recently, I turned onto my street and noticed a few missing shingles on a peak of my roof. My neighbors recommended Premier Systems Roofing, and in under an hour Scott W was at my house to do an inspection. With rain in the forecast for the upcoming weekend I was nervous, but no need as Scott and a crew had completed the required work less than 48 hours after I first called. I very much appreciated Scott being determined to get the repair taken care of as quickly as possible, as well as his professionalism from start to finish. Sincere thanks to both Scott & the crew. Right before Thanksgiving, I reached out about a possible roof repair. Will came out the same day despite bad weather moving in. He climbed up, assessed the situation, and took care of what needed to be done so my roof would be protected before winter hit. He was straightforward, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. I'm very grateful to have come across someone who was so honest and genuinely kind and I truly appreciate it. Two night ago in that wind storm we lost a section of shingles on the roof. My husband submitted a work request online and we got a response first thing in the morning. The owner said he would have Thomas contact me and very soon after Thomas called me up. He informed me that he would come take a look at our house in the afternoon. Thomas is a solid guy. He took a sample of our shingle found a match and was able to do the repair the same day! He also helped to tighten up the area around our damaged shingles. When he was all done he came and gave us an assessment of what he saw on the roof and some potential areas of concern that we want to check out once spring hits. So grateful to have peace of mind with the speedy repair and his expert advice. Such a pleasant company to work with...
