I had NMC install a new roof in 2018. I needed to have 2 dormers re-sided. I sought 2 bids just to be diligent. This was a big deal to me, but apparently too small for other contractors to undertake. They either didn't call back or they way over bid by thousands in an effort to discourage me from hiring them. Mike Mark at NMC Apple said they like big projects, too, but were happy to help because I needed the new siding and they could do it. The sales discussions were not high pressure, the price was fair, the work was thoroughly described, the work crew was timely, talented and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I recommend 10/10...
