I had a great experience working with MN Roofing to replace my roof due to hail damage. Dave Parlow supported me through the entire process and answered all of my many questions in a timely and professional manner. Dave also helped me navigate the very complex negotiations with my insurance company and he advocated for improved decking and new window wraps, which enhanced the quality of the repair I was able to afford. It’s often difficult to find contractors that are trustworthy and respectful of smaller jobs, but Dave was incredibly helpful and patient through the entire process. He came out several times to my home to check on the progress and ensure the quality of the work was excellent. He also was very responsive when I had questions. The quality of the shingles has also helped me reduce my homeowner’s insurance. I highly recommend MN Roofing and can’t say enough about how pleasant it was to work with Dave. Minnesota Roofing did a great job with replacing my roofing and siding on my home. After dealing with several other companies that didn’t return my calls MN Roofing stepped in and got the job done. They repaired the work done by previous roofing company (review available to see the poor quality) and I am completely satisfied with the job. They replaced the rotted wood the other company left behind as well as all the storm/hail damage done. The process for picking out colors was very easy and didn’t take much time. My questions were answered and the service was very respectful. As a woman that is extremely important when dealing with male contractors. From start to finish the customer service was very professional including handling a few hiccups along the way. We were able to resolve any issues in a timely fashion.
