The Team at Arctic Mechanical is amazing! Shannon, Anthony, Ryan, Johnne and Scot I called to schedule an appointment, and within two days Anthony came to our home. He took time to explain the issues at hand, and what to expect for repair/replacement and provided an estimate within the next few hours. Once we agreed to the contract, they went right to work installing our new air conditioner so that we could have cold air ASAP. Johnny and Ryan (and some others whose names I forget- sorry!) did awesome work on our basement remodel. Reliable, quality work, and great communication! They did great work installing my new ac and were very friendly, helpful, and thorough. They made sure everything was legit and they even found and replaced a bad repair another company made on one of the lines going into my house. They made sure to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. I got quotes from 4 different companies and in my opinion Arctic Mechanical had the best units and the most reasonable prices...

Just had another awesome experience. Anthony explained everything he was doing, was thorough in working through the issue and was great about answering my questions. Arctic Mechanical always goes above and beyond to make sure the equipment works and my family is taken care of. I also recently signed up to get their service plan so I can get my furnace and AC units cleaned and tuned up before winter/summer. I found the cost very affordable and worth the peace of mind to keep these two important units working...
