I had a great experience working with Adam.  I originally called for a few missing shingles to be repaired.  Adam's advice was to file an insurance claim, and I ended up getting the entire roof covered along with new siding.  Adam worked with the insurance adjuster to get the claim approved.  Once approved, he prioritized completing the work on my house as I was trying to sell as soon as possible.  All the work was done within a few weeks and turned out great.  The brand new exterior helped me sell my house quickly and for a higher price than I'd originally planned on.  Adam and Madi were great at communicating along the way and always available for any questions I had.  I'd definitely recommend 22nd Century Roofing...

We learned of 22nd Century a few years ago after a local home expo event. Roshay came out for a free roof inspection and we appreciated his thoughts on our older roof, decided to wait a bit for replacement and instead got our crumbling chimney cap fixed by them.

A few summers later after a large hailstorm, we didn’t hesitate to call them up again. Roshay was helpful and communicated throughout the process which took several months due to the nature of getting insurance approvals for repair and scheduling repairs during a busy season. I appreciated not having to deal with all the insurance approvals on our end.

Once the work began we did experience some delays that resulted from a 2nd hidden layer of siding discovered upon removal of the old stuff. It meant more cost and work than we initially expected but I don’t really fault them for that. Will in project management was helpful these issues as soon as discovered and the install team (Rahalio) was super hardworking and nice answering questions throughout the job.

In the end, we’ve got a gorgeous looking home with basically all new outer components (roof, siding, fascia, soffits, window/door wraps, and gutters) mostly covered by an insurance claim from the 22nd Century team and recommend them to others...

These guys are awesome! Had the best experience. We used them to paint our house, replace some siding and add new gutters. They were professional, fair, honest and thorough. Adam would respond to our questions and concerns in a timely matter and worked to resolve any issues we had. We received daily updates on progress and timelines. Oh and they did a great job too! 10/10. Will definitely contact them for our next project...

22nd Century was so helpful and great to work with! We had a hail claim that was actually initiated by a different company but not very well done, and 22nd Century (who our neighbor had referred us to) took over for us and straightened everything out. They were extremely communicative and always available for questions or concerns. Early in the process, they even got on a Friday evening call with our insurance adjuster to clear up the misunderstandings that resulted from the way the other company had initially handled our claim. In the end, our claim went from being less than 1/3 covered to fully covered, thanks to 22nd Century. I would definitely recommend 22nd Century...
