We had Turnkey Restoration do some storm damage repairs in 2025 and a small roof repair in 2026. They were great to work with, did quality work and handled all of the paperwork with our insurance company. Joel Rocca was outstanding to work with. Best project manager ever!
I highly recommend Turnkey Restoration!...

My experience working with Turnkey Restoration was great! We had our roof, siding, gutters, shutters, and both garage doors replaced with them, so it was a huge project. Joel & Spencer answered every one of my (many) questions with thoughtful and helpful responses. I never felt like I didn't understand what work was being done, why it was being done, or how it was being done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have quality work done with people who care about their customers!...

Joel, Spencer and the team at Turnkey handled our roof replacement last year. It was a complex project but the guys made it as painless as possible, working with our insurance carrier to get aspects of the project approved. The communication was impeccable which I really valued but as a handy person myself, I really appreciated the craftsmanship the team deployed. They built things the right way, and they didn't cut corners. For me, in our century old home, that was really important, because I want to keep this thing standing strong and to avoid future problems. One final thing, is we had very specific design requests, and the team didn't flinch. We worked with them and their suppliers to get Cedur Shake Shingles installed and we love the end product. I highly recommend Turnkey to anyone looking for renovation or restoration work....

Matt and everyone at Turnkey went above and beyond in replacing our roof. We were so impressed with the way Matt handled the initial inspection that we did not even check around for quotes. Roof was done in one day and the crew were courteous and did a great cleanup. So happy we chose Turnkey Restoration....
