Joel, Spencer and the team at Turnkey handled our roof replacement last year. It was a complex project but the guys made it as painless as possible, working with our insurance carrier to get aspects of the project approved. The communication was impeccable which I really valued but as a handy person myself, I really appreciated the craftsmanship the team deployed. They built things the right way, and they didn't cut corners. For me, in our century old home, that was really important, because I want to keep this thing standing strong and to avoid future problems. One final thing, is we had very specific design requests, and the team didn't flinch. We worked with them and their suppliers to get Cedur Shake Shingles installed and we love the end product. I highly recommend Turnkey to anyone looking for renovation or restoration work...

Turnkey did a wonderful job at explaining every step of the process and choices I had to repair both my home and garage roofs. Their team was on time and so careful about my beautiful landscaping. Joel Rocca kept visiting me to make sure every detail was looked after. Thank you Mr. Rocca for replacing my flower barrel that fell apart, even removing the dead, smelly squirrel from under my deck.
