We had Turnkey Restoration do some storm damage repairs in 2025 and a small roof repair in 2026. They were great to work with, did quality work and handled all of the paperwork with our insurance company. Joel Rocca was outstanding to work with. Best project manager ever!

Joel, Spencer and the team at Turnkey handled our roof replacement last year. It was a complex project but the guys made it as painless as possible, working with our insurance carrier to get aspects of the project approved. The communication was impeccable which I really valued but as a handy person myself, I really appreciated the craftsmanship the team deployed. They built things the right way, and they didn't cut corners. For me, in our century old home, that was really important, because I want to keep this thing standing strong and to avoid future problems. One final thing, is we had very specific design requests, and the team didn't flinch. We worked with them and their suppliers to get Cedur Shake Shingles installed and we love the end product. I highly recommend Turnkey to anyone looking for renovation or restoration work...

I’m selling my home and had an issue that came up during the inspection (squirrels ate the vent caps…). We called Turnkey Restoration and Joel came out within a few hours and gave us a quote. That was a Friday afternoon. By the next Monday afternoon the job was done. Excellent communication and service throughout the process. Five stars to Joel and the team for helping us so quickly...
