We worked with Proficient adding a deck to our new construction. As part of the estimate process Ben lead us through all the material and design options but also gave us some innovative ideas that helped exceed our expectations.  The contracting process was comprehensive and comfortable which was how I felt throughout the project. The planning team kept us up to date on the delivery of supplies and then our supervisor Jesse kept everyone on schedule and us informed on evergy step. Our builder Brandon was meticulous in everything he did and new TimberTech deck looks awesome! Thanks to the whole Proficient team...

We cannot recommend Proficient Construction enough! We had a large tree fall on our house in a storm and it was our first time filing a claim through insurance. We had lots of questions along the way, but Ann Ruud was amazing to work with. She came on-site several times to make sure things were going as planned. Proficient Construction was amazing to work with. I had a new and bigger deck done. From the first sales quote to the end of the project the Proficient staff were on point with the answers to all of my questions. I particularly appreciated the initial quote process using clear and informational software showing visually how the new deck would look and the details of the cost.  Thank you Rick A. for that detail.  The deck was completed when promised and it looks beautiful. The accent lighting on the railing and stairs gives it a very polished look. Overall, I have greatly appreciated the strong communication and integrity of the company, not to mention the quality of the construction.  I highly recommend Proficient Construction...
