Ben addressed a concern we had. Even after months of the project being complete. Him and his team Tyler came out and worked with us until we were happy. I cant say enough about their customer service. Ben is great!

If you’re like me and were looking for a contractor but very concerned about who you were going to be dealing with, I strongly recommend and would trust Royal after my experience. My basement flooded, and I contacted three different contractors. Royal was the only one who provided a detailed estimate using Xactimate, which is exactly what my insurance company required.

At first, I tried working directly with the insurance company myself, but they refused to cooperate. Once Royal got involved, they had the insurance company paying out the full policy amount almost immediately.

I was also on a tight timeline because my daughter was moving in soon, and Royal went out of their way to navigate and expedite the entire process so the repairs were completed in time.

From there, everything went smoothly. Very quick response times and excellent communication, the work was excellent, they were easy to work with, and they went above and beyond to accommodate every request I had. Ben and his team were professional, honest, and made the whole process stress-free.

If you need a contractor, you can definitely trust Royal...
