We had hail damage to our house so we contacted Options Exteriors. Alonzo Brandenburg was incredibly professional and easy to work with. They worked directly with our insurance company, which made the process much less daunting. We have now finished the entire process successfully and they helped fix my mom's hail damage on her house as well. I would definitely recommend their services...

We trusted Options Exteriors and specifically as the company representative, Shane Hanson, the task of getting our roof and siding changed this last summer and into late fall and early winter after a hail storm. From the very start things went about a smoothly as a homeowner can hope. Roof got done in September. From the drop off of materials, to the work crew, and the final inspection, everything went great. Next it was on to the siding and this is where Shane Hanson really needs to be credited. He showed us multiple samples, was as patient as anyone could be, despite how many times we changed our mind on color or style. He came over and sat down with us and showed us a computer mock up of the final choices we were thinking about which allowed us to make a final decision. He was up front about how long it was going to take because of supply issues with the particular siding we choose. There was no wishy washiness and it was refreshing. Shane texted me the material drop off date and work start date and everything was delivered on time and work started the day he stated. Again, the work crew was phenomenal, on time, cleaned up, and put things back as to where they were.

I would 100% recommend Shane Hanson & Options Exteriors to anyone and everyone...

Great company!  Excellent service!  Michael Caroon was our rep and the team made the process smooth and easy for our insurance claim.  The roof was replaced in less than one day and looks beautiful!  Excellent workmanship.   I highly recommend Options Exteriors if you need any work done on your home...

Ernesto was a great project manager to work with. he helped my parents and i get a new roof on my damaged childhood home - he made the insurance claim process so easy which is something that doesn’t happen often, usually working with insurance is a headache! I’m happy we found this company to help with our roof and i will be recommending them to anyone looking to spruce up their home...
