In the end, we ditched the home warranty process after getting the run-around for so long and decided to go with the recommended best option from Apollo--a heat pump and high efficiency furnace. I didn't even question the choice because Jon and the Apollo team showed us, at every step, that they cared about our experience with them and wanted to do what was in our best interest.They even lent us a small window AC unit to help us get through the 90 degree days until our units came back into stock!!! What company even does stuff like that anymore? The answer is Apollo. The installing team was a bunch of easy-going, friendly, and professional guys, John, Ryan, and Jeff. Jon M even dropped by to check that everything was going okay on install day!!! The Apollo team took what was an awful experience with a home warranty company and a summer without a working AC and showed me that some companies really do care about customers.
