My kitchen sink drainage had a very bad clogging that happened in late Sunday afternoon. I called to schedule an unclogging service for Monday morning due to my busy schedule on Monday. I called again on Monday morning to make sure the service. The lady who answered my call promised me they would try to accommodate my need to provide a service in the morning. Chad, the plumber, called me at around 10 AM, 15 minutes before his arrival. After he fully studied the drainage layout, he explained his plan and the estimated quote. With my agreement, he went into work right away. It took him almost 2 hours to complete the work that involved the snake machine going in and out many times and pouring water into the drainage to make sure the channel was open. Finally, he tested 3 times to make sure it was unclogged by letting half full of kitchen sink water to be released while the disposal was turned on to push any leftover in the pipes out. After he verified the success, he cleaned up the area. My house was built in 1957 and Chad found the clog was mainly caused by thick grease. He suggested to just clean the drainage regularly with Zep and have the unclogging service again when it gets worse. Rebuilt or high water pressure solution were not recommended due to cost or risks associated with my old house. I am very satisfied with the overall service they provided...

They were able to make an appointment next day, the plumber, Adam, contacted me prior to arrive and was accommodating to my schedule because I had to handle some work issues before his arrival. He was friendly, came with shoe covers to keep everything clean, and explained everything he needed to do and the estimate in detail. He was transparent, kind, and understanding to our budget. They were cheaper than the estimate I got from another company by $200! Adam made my Friday and was efficient in replacing our stop valves in our kitchen that was leashing and poor builder quality.
