Rapid Roofing owners Bill and Mike Beaty learned the value of a hard work ethic from their father. “We grew up in the roofing industry working with my father, mostly on the commercial side. We would hang around job sites and pick up on the hard work, dedication, and leadership it took to complete a project the right way, always being aware of schedule and budget,” says Bill. In 1998, the brothers lost their father after a short, yet aggressive, battle with cancer. The two forged on to grow their family business into the successful roofing company it is today.
