Well, after a VERY thorough inspection (over an hour, including recording video in our attic and on our roof to help explain the problem spots!) from our sales rep, Steve, we knew it was time for a roof. As we don’t use our attic for storage or frequently walk around our roof, we didn’t know the true condition of our 13yo roof. Boy, were we shocked! Numerous loose shingles, exposed nailheads, missing drip edge, and little to no ventilation in the attic! Steve was informative and NEVER led with a sales pitch as his goal. We felt ZERO pressure the entire time and truly believe he just wanted us to have the proper information about the condition of our roof. After reviewing multiple options, with a couple companies, we decided to book with Victors and have ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS! After we chose a roofing system, we were given a personal point person to oversee our project. I cannot express how valuable he was!!! Jose Hernandez was our go to guy! We happened to be out of town during install, which sounds crazy, BUT we were in direct contact the ENTIRE DAY! (Yes, it only took one day!?) Jose was professional, thorough with his communication, accessible to us ALL day, and honestly demonstrated the best customer service we’ve received in a VERY, VERY long time. He made us feel SO comfortable about being gone, sending play by play photos and videos of the project. It was truly some of the best customer service we’ve EVER received. Thank you, Steve and Jose! Truly. For those wondering, the project was completed same day and, other than the new roof, you wouldn’t have known anyone was ever there! The house and landscape was protected and secured then thoroughly cleaned up at days end! It was amazing!
