the crew knew the work process and did a quick and good job. when we had a problem with the roof structure Kyle and Gary took care of it ( was very impressed). Recently, my mother hired Star Improvements of Vassar, Michigan to replace her gutters and downspouts. They made the process smooth and expertly completed the repairs in a timely fashion. I had a unique situation where I lived in Florida but needed a company in Michigan for gutter installation on my dad's house. I called 3 different companies and not only did Star Improvements immediately help me (as the others were giving me a hard time) but made it easy as they were very supportive that I lived out of state. Justin and Gary were great, reliable, called the day before the installation and were able to take measurements via phone.
