Great job!! Our construction crew (Alex, Miles & Marcus) were great. Personal, knowledgeable and very hard workers. Started off with 4 inches of fresh snow and temps in the twenties. Allowed 3 days,but only took 2, everything went according to plan. As a result, crawl wall was straighten by 4" and the corner foundations raise 1//4". Quite impressed with the whole process. The FSM crew led by Dave Pearson arrived 2 hours earlier than expected. Which was a huge plus! They worked all day without breaks and got what was quoted as a 2 day job done in 1 day! FSM, Foundation Systems of Michigan is wonderful! My home was built in 1882 on a post & beam foundation. I had to remodel my bathroom all the way to the bones due to severe mold infestation. I found that one of the beams of my foundation was rotted and broken, thankfully only under the outside wall of the bathroom. Since that kind of repair is way outside of my wheelhouse of abilities, I did a search for a foundation-specific contractor and found FSM, thankfully. A job that would've taken me literally several weeks at best, was finished by David and his crew from FSM in three hours! When they were finished and gone the only evidence of them having been here were a repaired foundation and leveled floor joists, and one extremely satisfied and grateful customer.
