The salesman Matt,the manager Tony, to the site manager for siding Matt, and also the office staff were very polite,and respectfully. "I recently had Paramount Roofing replace the roof on my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Materials were delivered on a Tuesday afternoon by a third-party company, and Scott Laske, the project manager, came out later that day to double-check everything. He caught an issue with an item that had been delivered in error and wasn’t needed for the job—saving me money right off the bat, which I really appreciated. The crew started work on Wednesday, but had to pause due to rain. They returned Thursday and completed the entire project. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, and the roof looks fantastic. I absolutely love it! Scott was professional, attentive, and made sure the job was done right. "There were three things that stood out to me about RCV. First, they were very quick to respond to my on-line request for contact/a quote. Second, even though my job was relatively small (a few repairs to siding in preparation for selling my house), they came out within a few days to inspect the house, determine the repairs that needed to be done, and get me a quote. And third, they were able to fit me into their busy schedule when they had some time between jobs, which I appreciated very much. All in all, it was a very positive experience. "We needed our attic insulated so after some research I found RCV. Nico, who was awesome and really helpful and thorough, came by to give me an estimate. He took the time to explain the different kinds of insulations, the standards in Indiana, and the company standards. He was not only professional, but very friendly and patient. I had gotten a quote from another company, but they came out, said this is it, and the insulation they offered was not quality. No options, no explanations, just there ya go. The crew came out, and my wife was home and they too were very professional, courtesy, and did an excellent job! They were supposed to be done in a couple hours, but stayed to make sure the job was done right, and to help us make some decisions on issues we hadn’t previously thought about! After that experience, I called Nico back and just signed up to have them replace my gutters and some fascia! I feel this is a great company! The final cost matched the quote. Becca brought a range of shingle samples and laid them out on the front lawn so I could see how each color looked against the existing roof -- very helpful. During the job, Tom Tresnak, the company founder, stopped by to introduce himself and chat.
