Why I needed a roofer:  I noticed a crack in my plaster ceiling.  My roof is now 20 years old.   How I found Paramount: A co-worker told me that Paramount did his roof very professionally in two days.  His neighbor had used Paramount and had a great experience.  Paramount sent out Dan, the repair technician.  Dan arrived 5 minutes early (love it), went into my scary attic, and on my roof.   Yes, I had a leak.  He told me that he found an issue with how the shingles had been installed in a small area and he could fix it THEN.  He charged me the minimum service call charge.  He said that my roof was in good shape and I had a few years left.

Dan spoke to me very professionally, showing me pictures on his camera, and explaining everything.  Dan said I could have Paramount come out annually to do a free inspection. I sure will...
