Exterior Zone did an excellent job of installing our roof and gutters. We had a ventilation problem in our attic that caused some mold to form over many years. We addressed this issue a few times-or so we thought.

One day after I met with Dillon of EZ, he called me to say that I would receive his proposal in one more day. I expressed some frustration that I thought I addressed our ventilation/mold issue previously. And they no matter what I do, I’ll wonder whether it’s fixed.

Dillon confidently told me: “That’s my job. If you hire our company, we have end-to-end responsibility to make sure everything is right. We’ll install a high-quality roof and gutters, and resolve your ventilation issue. If you think that we haven’t, you have my cell phone number.”

That impressed me. Chris, the Operations Manager, managed a team that installed a beautiful roof and gutters. And it seems like my ventilation issue was resolved. (Time will tell. But I’m confident.)

EZ does not compete on price. But the quality of their work was unmatched by other contractors I’ve used previously. And they left our premises very clean. They were worth the money...

Great company to work with! My gutter had nothing left to attach to on my porch roof and they were able to replace the roof, add much needed insulation, and working gutters! All in the snowy wintertime. No more walking out onto a wall of water, and a skating rink :) I recommend to anyone who needs good work done by knowledgeable, honest and hardworking people.  I will definitely use them in the future for more projects! Great job everybody...

Friday, June 27, 2025 marked the completion of our major water damage repair by The Exterior Zone. Highly skilled craftsmen addressed extensive wood rot by bracing and reattaching the upper deck. Upon completing structural repairs, two new doorwalls and an upper window were newly installed. The Exterior Zone is highly recommended for their exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. Their professionalism shone through in daily emails and texts detailing the day's plan and timely notifications of arrival. A Veterans discount was also provided, contributing to a final cost remarkably close to the initial estimate, with only a 4.5% variation...

We were vary happy with the work that Dillon and his team did on adding gutter leaf guards and insulation to our home. Although we had new gutters previously installed, they would leak water over our front porch causing thick layers of ice to form in the winter making the porch unusable and dangerous. The workers were very skilled and respectful of our property, cleaning up after their work. Dillon did a great job of explaining what was causing our issues and how the repairs would unfold. They were very careful to let us know when they would arrive and when the work would be finished. Dillon went the extra mile and fixed a drainage issue we had with an outside French drainage conduit. I would definitely call on them again for any roofing concerns...
