Awesome team of professionals that take pride in their work and craft. You will not be disappointed in the quality of workmanship and family-friendly service!

We had a chimney and roof leak repaired and decided to have their team add an upgrade to the face of our house along with gutters. I was amazed with the quality of workmanship especially around the curved window trim. They also worked with the roofing manufacturer to warranty materials needed for the job. Dillon and his team are very friendly and enjoyed having my 2 year old son watch in awe as they worked. Now, we are leak free and have lots of neighbors complementing about how great our house looks. Will definitely be using Exterior Zone again for any future repairs/upgrades to our house...

I recently had The Exterior Zone come out and give me a quote (and perform work) for more attic insulation. Overall 5/5 recommendation for them!

During the process their operations manager Chris was professional, friendly, not pushy or trying to upsell, and he explained their whole process from start to finish. We went through the attic together and I explained what I wanted done and he pointed out a few issues currently happening in my attic. He explained the process he would like to take to correct those issues and  answered all my questions. Before our project we had ventilation issues with our soffit baffles having fallen over and were in fact blocking most of the air flow rather then directing it. We had a few other minor issues all of which he pointed out and his crew ultimately fixed.

We went from R11 rolled insulation to adding blown in material to take the attic to an R60 value. Definitely can already tell there is an increase in home comfort and a reduction in how often my HVAC system is running. Ultimately though my biggest concern was that ventilation and humidity issue and I am confident that will not longer be a problem. Even if it is, the exterior zone guarantees their craftsmanship and work.

I got to say from the beginning of the process to the very end I was pleasantly surprised how happy I'd be with them. Everything was painless, didn't feel pressured on any of it, the work itself was done correctly, and I'm very happy.

As far as price goes I didn't even bother getting other quotes. I normally like to get at least 2 quotes sometimes 3. But having previous recent experience with attic insulation I knew roundabout what my price should be. The price I paid for this project was almost exactly what I was hoping for, even considering the extra work required in my attic beyond simply tossing in more insulation.

I will definitely be considering Exterior Zone for more future projects...

Exterior Zone did an excellent job of installing our roof and gutters. We had a ventilation problem in our attic that caused some mold to form over many years. We addressed this issue a few times-or so we thought.

One day after I met with Dillon of EZ, he called me to say that I would receive his proposal in one more day. I expressed some frustration that I thought I addressed our ventilation/mold issue previously. And they no matter what I do, I’ll wonder whether it’s fixed.

Dillon confidently told me: “That’s my job. If you hire our company, we have end-to-end responsibility to make sure everything is right. We’ll install a high-quality roof and gutters, and resolve your ventilation issue. If you think that we haven’t, you have my cell phone number.”

That impressed me. Chris, the Operations Manager, managed a team that installed a beautiful roof and gutters. And it seems like my ventilation issue was resolved. (Time will tell. But I’m confident.)

EZ does not compete on price. But the quality of their work was unmatched by other contractors I’ve used previously. And they left our premises very clean. They were worth the money...

It will be be very hard to find a company that comes even close to the outstanding job they did at prepping, repairing rotted siding and staining your house.  They identified and  made several repairs/corrections at roof/siding interfaces to prevent siding rot in the future. The extensive prepping and caulking is far beyond what most painting companies would do.  The result is a house in the same or better condition as it was when built.  Chris, the operations manager couldn't have done a better job at scheduling the necessary team members involved and keeping me informed daily with the status and any issues found.  The focus was always do it the best way possible as if was their house.   The work site was perfectly clean each evening.  Since it was an involved job  I was able to realize how customer and detail focussed the entire team was and what nice people they all were when chatting with them..  I highly recommend them if you want exterior repairs and painting done the right way...
